Shipping Policy

Every purchased made in https://koenforchefs.com will be shipped through parcel companies unrelated to KOEN for Chefs. Once the purchase payment has been processed and confirmed, the merchandise can take up to 3 business days* to be prepared and packaged for shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

The estimated shipping time for international orders is from 5 to 7 business days* after the preparation and packaging of the merchandise. This means the total estimated delivery time is from 8 to 10 business days* after the payment has been processed and confirmed.

Please note that since every country has its own trade laws and policies, customs clearance might take some additional time.

Shipping fees:

The standard international shipping fee is $15 USD. Any additional expenses related to taxes, customs fees or otherwise that may apply will not be covered by KOEN for Chefs and will have to be covered by the client.

Free shipping:

Free shipping for any purchase over $199 USD. Any additional expenses related to taxes, customs fees or otherwise that may apply will not be covered by KOEN for Chefs and will have to be covered by the client.

General terms and conditions:

As previously stated, any additional expenses related to taxes, customs fees or otherwise that may apply will not be covered by KOEN for Chefs and will have to be covered by the client.

Once the products have been prepared and packaged, you will receive a tracking ID at the same email address used to complete the purchase process.

During shipping, the client may not request any changes to the delivery, nor any cancellation or refund of any kind.

Once the package leaves the KOEN for Chefs facilities, the shipping company used for your order will be responsible for the handling and delivery of the products.

If your order fails to be delivered after multiple attempts by the shipping company and your products are returned to their origin or held on a shipping facility, Koen for Chefs will not refund any shipping services fees.

*Business days are considered from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
